New "My Account"

On Tuesday, July 28, Black River Falls Municipal Utilities released it's new "My Account" bill print/pay function.

Customers may now view your bill online thru My Account. You may access My Account on the upper right corner of our home page, or the Bill Payment Options page for details. If you have previously paid your account online, you will need to set up your account again at "My Account ".  All payments made over the phone, or online will continue to use Payment Service Network (PSN) to process payments.  The $3.25 fee per transaction up to $300.00 will still apply to all payments made through PSN. If you speak to a PSN representative verses keying in information yourself to make the payment, PSN may charge and additional $2.95 fee for requiring a Customer Service Agent. 

Added to My Account, you will be able to view your usage, view previous bills, select to receive your bills electronically, and many new functions we hope you will find useful in managing your energy usage.
