The end of the winter moratorium on electric disconnections is April 15th. Customers are encouraged to arrange payment of all past-due balances by April 15th to avoid disconnection of electric service. Help with your utility bill is within easy reach. We can help you and your family access relief, so you don’t fall behind on your bills. Through the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program, qualified residents can receive payments toward heating and electric bills. You may also be eligible for free energy efficient home upgrades and, in some cases, emergency installation of a new furnace.

The average recipient receives $637* per year!
