Home Energy Upgrades Program

Focus on Energy has a new, limited time offer for qualifying Black River Falls residents that may benefit your home. The Home Energy Upgrades Program is designed to provide free home energy efficiency upgrades to Black River Falls Municipal Utilities customers. Eligible participants will receive home energy assessments and energy-saving products such as smart thermostats, pipe insulation, and showerheads.
