The end of the winter moratorium on electric disconnections is April 15th. Customers are encouraged to arrange payment of all past-due balances by April 15th to avoid disconnection of electric service. Get quotes and compare the total costs and payback periods of different systems and installers.                                                                                                      

 

 

Complete required documentsComplete required interconnection application documents

Complete the Distributed Generation Application and Supplement form(s) prior to installation and the Distributed Generation Interconnection Agreement upon completion, and other necessary forms.

 

 

Obtain permitsObtain local permits

Make sure your contractor contacts your local government permitting office to submit the necessary paperwork and have a structural analysis performed for any roof-mounted application.

 

 

InstallationInstallation and inspection

Upon final installation of your solar system, have a final inspection by your local building inspector.
